HIVE provides your organization with access to people who have already been reviewed as real, viable candidates. Many will have already been verified by phone or face to face.
YOU influence the database content by telling HIVE where and what you need, now OR in the future.
Companies who access HIVE accept that ALL candidates in the system are classified as introduced to them by HIVE.
If you are interested in a candidate, HIVE will verify the candidate interest, and manage the recruitment process for you (like a contingency or retained recruiter company).
WHAT'S FREE AND WHAT'S NOT
Access to the HIVE Resume Database of qualified candidates.
Provision of contact information for you to contact candidates in whom you are interested.
Fee-Based Services (contact us for costs):
Confidential verification of candidate interest in position.
Phone screening and provision of current salary, EEO and relocation information.
Verification of education and credentials before proceeding with a candidate.
Drug and background checks.
A fee equivalent to 15% of the base salary is payable for ANY candidates you hire (due on their first day of work).

Premium members pay a fee of just $199 per month per position, and pay a reduced rate of 12.5% for candidates hired.
